Relationship quizzes: lenses for seeing your couple clearly

Every couple runs on patterns neither person chose and neither person can quite see. How you handle distance. What makes you feel loved. What you do at minute three of an argument. The patterns aren't the problem; being unable to see them is, because you can't talk about something you can't name.

That's what these quizzes are for. Each one takes about three minutes, shows your result instantly, needs no account, and works best when both of you take it and compare notes over dinner. None of them scores you, ranks you, or hands down a percentage of anything. They're lenses, not verdicts.

The quizzes

Attachment style quiz

How you love when it gets hard. Are you the one who pursues at 1am, the one who goes quiet, or the one who can stay in the room? Based on adult attachment research, and the most useful three minutes on this site if you and your partner keep having the same fight.

Love language quiz

What actually lands for you: words, time, acts, touch, or gifts. Includes the part other quizzes hide, which is what the science does and doesn't support. Most couples discover they've been broadcasting love on a frequency the other doesn't receive.

Conflict style quiz

What you do at minute three: escalate, withdraw, appease, or repair, and what your move triggers in your partner's. The lens most directly connected to how fights actually go. Your result will live in your LoveFix profile alongside your other lenses.

Why lenses and not labels

A word on how we think about this, because quiz culture has a labelling problem.

A label says: you are an anxious person. A lens says: under pressure, you tend to pursue, and here is what that looks like from the other side of the room. The first is a sentence about your identity, and it's mostly useless, because identities don't change by Thursday. The second is a description of a pattern, and patterns respond to being seen.

That's also how these work inside LoveFix. Your results become lenses Sage carries into your sessions: when each of you talks a conflict through privately and the shared wrap comes back, it can name the pursue-withdraw loop, or the words-versus-acts mismatch, instead of the dishwasher. Not a score in sight. Couples who can see the pattern argue with the pattern instead of each other, and that argument is shorter.

Take them together

Every quiz here is designed as a two-player game played separately. Your result alone is half a diagram. The interesting part, the part that changes Tuesday nights, is the overlay: your anxious meets their avoidant, your words meet their acts. Send your partner the link, compare results, and ask each other one question: "where have we seen this?"

If the comparing turns into the fight itself, that's not failure, that's data, and it's exactly the moment a LoveFix session is for: each of you talks it through with Sage privately, nobody performs, and the shared wrap gives you both what each needs plus one thing to try. A few sessions are free.
